email to all members of support staff
Hi, We are several support staff members but I am the only one to receive email notification when someone starts a discussion. Where can I change the settings so that every members are notified? Thanks

E-mail preferences are per-user, so you'll have to have each of your support members log into their accounts, click "My Profile" and enable email notification for their account.
