Can't Delete a FAQ

Hello! I have a FAQ that when I click it's title I get a 404 error message. When click "delete", I get the same message. Here is the link:http://help.triand.com/faqs//53850a28d98c56b974892f93cc44bcaf45c5bde1 Thanks!

   Hey Britt, sorry about the troubles. What is the title of the FAQ you are trying to delete?

   Will - The title of the FAQ is "How do I enter my students' test scores?" it's in the Drafted Articles section. Thanks!

   Britt, it looks like you have several broken links. I believe the category/area they were assigned to was deleted, and then the url link structure broke based on the fact it didnt have that segment of the URL valid anymore.

   I've filed a ticket with our developers to take a look and try to get a bug fix pushed out as soon as possible.

   Thanks Will, I've been struggling with FAQs all day so I'm glad you figured out why and it can hopefully be solved.

   Suggestion: Maybe before I'm allowed to rename a Category, I can get a prompt that says "You must move your FAQs from this category before renaming it." or something like that so this doesn't happen again? Thanks!

   Indeed, it's those tiny refinements that we really depend on our users to give feedback in order to polish the system off. You've been an awesome help in finding some the the rougher edges.

   Rick is taking a look at the ticket shortly and should respond back right afterward.
