Turn off spam filters
Is there a way to turn off spam filtering for an account? We rarely have spam come through our Google Apps account, but Tender is constantly flagging requests as spam. This weekend we missed a bunch of cases which were pretty important. I'd rather just turn it off if possible.

Hey Chris,
We sincerely apologize about the issue with overzealous spam filtering during the weekend. We're currently working to resolve the issue and add the option to disable spam filtering. We're still going through our support discussions which were flagged as spam as well and are responding to users while the dev team is working on the issue.

Yes, you can turn off spam now. We've tweaked the spam rules a bit more this afternoon and are going through all marked spam from the last few days across all of Tender.
