Yikes! All emails going to straight to trash!
Hey, I saw a note about this on your blog post but assumed it had been resolved—how long before you sort this out? It's a bit scary.

It doesn't look like this is happening on your account. Your site has spam enabled, so it's not even in the pool of affected sites. The only thing in your trash should be items you've manually deleted.
Maybe 'trash' is a little unclear? I was talking about the trash queue in Tender, not trying to sound like we're silently discarding all issues.

When I looked in Trash (i.e., /dashboard/deleted?from=allissues) this
morning, there were a dozen or more messages in there that certainly
should not have been there. I've since restored them all.

Did you turn spam off? That's the only time this should have happened. No one else has reported any other issues.

I can actually now confirm it's still happening.
I forwarded an email to Tender and it's gone straight to trash. Two
others that shouldn't be there are, too.

Ah okay, it's something not quite deployed yet. It'll be resolved later tonight.

Okay, deployed. Confirmed that it works on my account and yours. Sorry for all the issues... this seemingly innocent tweak changed a core aspect of how Tender works. Tests stayed passing the whole time, I just didn't have a good end to end "confirm that incoming email skips the spam check and is visible" test. That's been fixed in our test suite.
