Insterting Images in FAQs
Hello! Working on FAQs today and noticed you guys are working on improving the insert image area, which is great! But, right now I can't upload any images (the Upload Image button isn't clickable). Any idea when this will be up and ready for me to use? Thanks!

Hmm, it should be working. What browser / OS are you using?

I'm working in Firefox 2.0 on a Mac OS X Version 10.5.6. When I try to click the Upload button it acts like it's not even a button, but gives me a text cursor. I've attached a screenshot of what I see. Thanks for looking at this, I thought there would be others having the same issue.

Hmm, I only tested it on Firefox 3.0 & Safari 3, I'll have a look into Firefox 2 today. In the meantime, using a different browser should allow you to get it working right away if you need to.

Okay, I've updated the CSS so that the upload field works in Firefox 2 (unfortunately, you may have to lean on the right side of the button). I am curious though why your styling still seemed messed up. This is how it should look (and how my Firefox 2 on OSX looks):
Not sure what else is going on with your copy, maybe some old cached CSS?
In any case, the fix should be deployed later on tonight.

Thank you for looking at this so quickly! FYI, I'm still using Firefox 2 (working on getting an updated version on my computer now) and have cleared my cache and I still have a funky view (can't see the insert remove buttons for all images) and you weren't kidding about leaning to the right to get the Upload to work (almost to the Close Media Drawer button). One last thing that isn't a big deal, I'm not getting the finger pointer when I do finally hit the right area for the Upload.
I don't know how many people are using Firefox 2 but thought I'd let you know what I'm running into. I'm just going to switch over to Firefox 3 asap to get stuff done. Thanks again!

Heh, well we actually haven't deployed the fix yet (when I said lean right, it means only about 10 pixels on the left side should be inactive). I'll ping you once it's deployed and see if the styles have updated for you.
