Emails not getting to us
We've had a few instances where we think emails may not be getting to us. Today, one customer got back to us by posting directly on the website and mentioned that he had sent us an email, but didn't think we'd received it.

We actually didn't receive any other comments from him, so he may be right. We've turned off spam filtering on Tender (as of yesterday morning) so we should be getting everything. Any ideas?

Thanks for the heads up. We'll dig through the email queues and see if there was any content that didn't make it through.
