Problem formatting knowledge base sections
I am having a weird spacing issue with the knowledge base spacing. You can look at an example here: http://support.customerhub.net/faqs
If you look at the FAQ section it's spacing is way below the section above it.
Any suggestions?

Sorry about the issue. We've filed a ticket and we'll have the dev team take a look as soon as possible.

Just to update the situation. I tried removing the section called "Best Practices" that was giving the issue. It won't remove, but I deleted the articles out of it. That seemed to fix the problem. However, I now can't remove the section called Best Practices. It seems that was the section that was giving the issues for some reason.

Hey Nathan,
Sorry it took so long to get back to you, but I'm circling around on this issue. It looks like you've been able to delete "Best Practices" since you last posted - are you still having any issues with regards to this?
Let me know and I can take a look, I haven't seen any more of the CSS issues you described in the first post, but it's possible there was something that happened with your combination of content that triggered a display issue.
Thanks again,
Kyle

Hi Kyle,
Yeah the display issues aren't a problem anymore. We just deleted that section and it fixed it. Not sure what it was. Thanks for the update.
Nate
