Search function not working
Our search bar isn't functioning correctly. The KB search bar seems to be working okay, but the regular one that shows up on every screen is inexplicably throwing an error message for most terms.
We were hoping to launch this support center today but are a little apprehensive given that problem.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Kyle,
We sincerely apologize about the issue. Our job queue for Tender hit a bit of a snag earlier and was backed up, so things were not processing in the system. We just resolved the issue and the system is currently churning through the queue to catch back up. I would imagine it was directly related to the error you were receiving.
Please check again in about 15 minutes and let us know if you are still having an issue.
