unable to unsubscribe from receive live-updates
We've had several members report that clicking the links in the emails and also trying to manually untick the box in their account settings is not allowing them to unsubscribe from live-updates. I'm in the same basket personally finding that neither method works.

Hello Jo,
When you say 'live updates' are you referring to the checkbox "Notify me of ... changes in my own issues" on the My Profile page?
