E-Mail Addresses on Unclaimed Tickets
I've noticed that even after I've claimed a ticket for a user, their address is still "[email blocked]" (with the unclaimed- prefix). When I reply, we just get a bounce message in our queue because it doesn't exist.
Am I doing something wrong here?

What URL? I've been claiming discussions and this has been working great. The discussion loses its anonymous unclaimed email field value when the
