Hi, when I try to login in my tender page I get the following message:

The change you wanted was rejected.
Maybe you tried to change something you didn't have access to.

This wasn't happening some hours ago, so it's really strange.

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hi Enzo,

I was able to log in to your page (using our admin system) without seeing this error. Are you still having this problem?

    Thanks,
    Tim

Hello Tim, thank you very much for your answer.

I am still unable to login into my account, I can't even get to the login page. All I see is the message I described before. I think I'm still logged in (cookie is still active perhaps?), because I asked a friend to go to the login page and he could see it without any problems.

Also, last weekend we added a module to our web application to communicate with tender through your APIs. However, there were no problems until yesterday morning, so I don't understand why did it stopped working now.

    Thanks,
    Enzo

    Hi Enzo,

Perhaps there's some configuration issue with the custom domain or SSO setup -- can you access the login page at this URL: sabf.tenderapp.com/login ? If you can log in directly from this page, there may be something going on with Single Sign On.

Yes, I was able to login from that adress. Thanks Tim, I will check if there are any configuration errors.
