HTML code is not visible

Hello,

I can't see online a HTML code submitted in a ticket however by email I can see it.

    Try enclosing your code with @@@ to have it display as a code block:

    It doesnt work if my customer sent a code by email. He doesnt know that @@@ must be used

    Alexander,

    You make a good point, but as it stands now Tender doesn't support html. I'd recommend clicking the "original" button at the top of the discussion to see if the code is viewable there.

    Unfortunately the best answer I can give you otherwise is to teach your users to submit code surrounded by the @@@ (as Tender uses markdown to format messages). You raise a good point though, especially for clients who use Tender primarily via email. We may need to try coming up with a better solution for this situation.
