Hi all,
Sometimes I send emails to customers/vendors that I need to keep track off in tender. What I do is CC one of the emails setup in tender so a discussion is started.
Lately this hasn't been working. I go to tender and I don't see the cc'd email.

Lately as in within the last day? We received some bad emails with broken emails that were holding the queue up. It's cleared up now, and we're going to be deploying a fix that handles the encoding issue.
