network connection timeout seemingly lasts forever
In build 0.4.15, I noticed a bug (or unimplemented feature):
If the Pre does not have an internet connection (ie: Phone off (in airplane mode) and wifi is off (or wifi is on but the wifi's own internet connection is down), ths Spaz program appears to wait forever while looking for new tweets (This bug likely existed since day 1 of Spaz (but I didn't test for this in prior versions).
Note: I discovered this when the DSL backing my home wifi went down when my phone was in airplane mode with wifi on. I turned the phone on (that is, turning airplane mode off) and with the Sprint network connection, everything worked normally.

Hi Bob, I think you left this in the wrong forum. This is a support area for Tender Support. I imagine the product you're referring to uses Tender Support for its support forums.

The wording on the page is bass-ackwards (in other words,conunter-intuitive). The link at the bottom of the http://spaz.tenderapp.com page (Found a bug in Tender?) points to https://help.tenderapp.com/discussion/new, which is the link I used to attempt to actually file a bug. Ed also emailed me back and mentioned that I needed to file it under "start a discussion". You guys will probably save countless conversations with this if you change the wording on your page to make it clear which link is for which purpose.
I filed the bug under "Start a Discussion" as you and Ed had suggested.
thanks,
Bob

Actually, these instances are pretty rare, and no one's ever
identified that 'found a bug in Tender' link as the source of their
problems. I'll see about changing it (or hiding it from our
customers' customers). Thanks for the feedback.

I get it now, that's for Sprint and other carriers to file bugs.
thanks,

Just FYI, but I deployed the suggested change. Only our customers, and not users like you, should see the 'Found a bug in tender?' link in the footer.
