Reply to a merged discussion within API
HI!
My name is Eugene, I'm developer at SupportYourApp Inc. We have integrated our local CRM with TenderApp and have noticed an issue.
When a discussion is created in TenderApp, we save a ticket with discussion ID. If it was merged with another discussion later, we can't perform any action (add comment, resolve etc.) with it. The response contains error message "The page you are looking for can't be found".
Is there any solution how can we reply to a merged discussion using its old discussion ID?
