How do I add new members to support staff?
I invited my employee to my Tender and the account has been validated but I can't add her to the support staff.
How do I do this?

In the admin panel, there is a support staff link in the nav bar
There is an invite option at the bottom of that page.
Have you sent them an invite from there?

Yep, I went there and invited her via the form on that page.
She validated her account but I can't find a way to join the staff from her account or add her to the staff from my account.

When you follow the link from the link in the invitation, you should automatically be added to support (once you choose an existing account or create a new one). I just tested this on our install and it seems to be functioning properly.
Did she get to a page like the one in the attachment below?

Yep, and I clicked the one on the right but it didn't add her.
Should I just try the whole process over again and screenshot each thing to diagnose the problem?

Yeah, if you could do that, that would be very helpful.
Thanks!

Okay, I just started going through the steps again but it came back as she is already a member.
I just logged in as her to delete her so I can start over but I can't delete her account from within mine or hers.
Is there no place to edit/add/delete members/users from the admin area?

Yes there is, when you click on the Support Staff link (as outlined in Will's reply) you get a listing of existing support members with the option to show them on the homepage, and remove them if you'd like.

There enlies the problem. She's sort of "in limbo" on the site...she's a member/user of the site but not part of the support staff.
On my account, when I try to add her as part of the support staff, it says she's already a member of the site. Yet, she doesn't show up on the site anywhere or on the support staff list.
See attached files...

Where does it say that you can't invite her since she's already a
member of the site? There's no check for this (you can invite a
supporter many times using the same email address without error), so
I'm guessing that you might be reading a message wrong somewhere.
Thanks,
Kyle

Must have been. It worked this time. I clicked the invite link and click "already logged in" and it worked.
Phew.... thanks for all your help Kyle. Been a fan of yours since January '07.

Cool, thanks. Let me know if you run into an issue again, there might be some misleading copy somewhere along the process.
