Is there a way to invite a single user to a discussion?
Sometimes we will notice that a user is having problems and create a (private) issue for them. We'd like to be able to invite them to view the discussion so they can understand what bugs are causing their problems and when the might be fixed. However, it seems that our only option is to make the ticket public (or, I suppose, ask the user to create the issue themselves, but that's more process and work for them).
Any ideas?

We don't currently have an option for this, but we are working on it. Less steps for the user is always a good thing.
