Tender Notifications Bouncing with Microsoft - Hotmail, Outlook, etc
we tested this as well and notifications are not being delivered to hotmail addresses.
Could you have a look please?

Hey Michael, we have a line open with Microsoft and are investigating (we have a high sender score, there's no plausible reason for bounces)
