downloading from FB
I have written you a couple of times already and you never really seem to address my problem, you just send me a link which does me no good. I have an android cell phone. When I am downloading from FB it stops at gender and an orange verify button. My gender is correct on FB and the orange button will not activate. I have deleted both apps and reinstalled, but it is the same problem. Please dont send the same link, but give me an idea what to do or a number I can actually call to get help.

This is the support forum for Tender Support (tenderapp.com). We do not have anything you would download from Facebook or anything you could download on a phone or desktop. We are a web application service for customer support and knowledge bases.
There is another product called Tender that is not connected to us and if it is not the iPhone app we've given you the link to then we're at a loss at who you would contact.
Sorry for the confusion, this is not the app you're looking for.
