Impossible to use
This site is now worthless. Pat yourselves on the back. Do you really think that normal people just get on and browse the Federal Register for fun? You've made it so "user friendly" to people who HAVE NO INTEREST IN USING IT that it is now worthless to people who need find specific citations. It used to work perfectly. I know exactly what I should find at the citation 19 FR 11401 (February 28, 2014), but instead your search calls up all manner of nonsense. And there is no longer any way to flip directly to the sections and parts. Congratulations – way to make information less useful. Disgusting.
