I have a user trying to create an account and is getting the following error message:

"The change you wanted was rejected. Maybe you tried to change something you didn't have access to"

Please advise.

Ben

    Ben --

I've made this issue private so it's just between you and the support staff. Can you tell us the URL where the user is getting the error and what their User email is?

    The url is: http://help.infinitekind.com/signup?to=%2F

The email address they are trying to register with is: [email blocked].

I would prefer to keep this issue public such that I can point the user having trouble at this discussion.

    Sincerely

    Ben Spencer

Is this resolved? I see the user now exists. I can't trigger any error like this, and was able to sign up just fine. The error you mentioned isn't even used in the app that I'm aware of. I've tried every combination of bad emails and passwords on the user signup form, and I always get the expected validation error screen.
