We set up axle.tenderapp.com earlier this month and it (and my account) have disappeared

We entered a lot of content into the site and were intending to pay for a basic subscription going forward, but it appears our account and site have disappeared. Could you reinstate it and email me? I'm at [email blocked].

Hey Sam,
You should be able to login to your account here: https://axle.tenderapp.com/login. You can add a credit card and choose a plan on the billing page, here: https://axle.tenderapp.com/billing.
