Integrating with customer hub

We are are having issues of integrating this product with customer hub.

Any help would be awesome, we are so close to launching a new product, and this the last piece of the puzzle.

    Eric,

    I know this totally seems like passing the buck, but CustomerHub actually handles all the troubleshooting with issues of integrating our two apps. If you start a support discussion with them and you need a Tender rep, please feel free to tell them to add my email ([email blocked]) to the discussion.

    Thanks for the reply,

    but that is what they are telling us to do is call you..

    It's like we are stuck and no one can help us, this a major part to
    finishing our product and we can't seem to get anyone to help us finish it.

    I have cc'd my co worker, Frank as well on this email, he has been working
    very diligently on this for a week now, and we gotten no where...

    Please direct me to someone that can help. It just seems we are getting
    run in circles right now and it is very frustrating for us.

    Can you describe specifically the problem you are having? Can you provide an email address of your contact at customerhub so I can add them to this discussion? (If we are all talking together I am sure we'll be able to get this figured out for you)

    I have gone through process of toggling. Single signin through tender app and named our page what I want to do us have tender support system show up in our customerhub membership site and use it as a discussion forum and comment system within our site. I don't know how to make this all work together

    Again, I don't want to seem like I am passing the buck, but I have literally never used CustomerHub's software. If you have questions related to getting something to display on their site, that is going to have to be addressed by their support staff. Again, please feel free to add my email address to the discussion you start with them so that we can all get on the same page and figure out what the issue is.
