bug in Tender with double quotes
Hello, this Tender web ticket system has a bug in it concerning the use of [ double quotes ] -- ie. (") when using them with a URL.
Meaning: If you enclose a URL with double quotes -- the end quote gets captured and converted as part of the URL -- which is wrong!
The work around:
leave a space after the URL text, then do the double quote.
