How do I delete a disabled user?
It looks like I keep getting errors when I add an email address of a disabled user

   Hi Kim,

   You cannot delete a disabled user.

   Hello,

   I need to delete the disabled user otherwise the app is useless!
   Can you do this for us?

   I’m unable to add their email address to a case because they are mentioned in a disabled user!

   Please let me know if this can be corrected otherwise we have to cancel our subscription.

   Hi there, I've made those two disabled users just regular users so you can add them to CCs etc.

    If they need to see support dashboard, then they are support staff and you pay for them. They can subscribe to a category without you manually CCing them on every discussion. That's how most of our customers do it.

    Otherwise you can just add them as watchers to every relevant discussion, like you tried to do already. They are not support just regular user. You don't pay for regular users.
