Ampersand being character encoded in KB article.
Hey guys,
Came across this one this morning - the ampersand in "Terms & Conditions" is being encoded to & when viewed.
Wouldn't be an issue in the body of the article - switching to "and" is easy enough. However, this is an article title and we don't want to change the title and potentially break any links to the article that already exist.
Is there a way to change the title without changing the link? Or avoid this in the first place? I don't know when it started displaying like this, but I'm fairly sure it was within the last year, as we made some pretty big changes to this article last summer and I know it was displaying correctly then.
