We're not sure what is going on, but all of the tender forwarding alias are failing in both heartbeats and email forwarding. Please Advise.

All outbound emails are also failing.

All emails inbound and outbound to our tender forwarding email/aliases are currently failing.

Can someone please look into this asap? We submitted a ticket a few hours ago but we have not heard back and can't find a phone number anywhere.

It looks like they are slowly starting to trickle in after about a 3-4 hour delay. Any idea what the problem was?

Hi Alice, sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Is this still an issue for you? I'm showing everything green right now.

Hi Jeannie, sorry for the delay. There was a large backlog of inbound emails and the queue got stuck. Should all be fine now, I do understand the importance of timely emails and apologize for the problems.
