Tender Issues Showing Up All at once
Two days in a row now, our pending queue is mostly clear and then all of a sudden it drops 40 or 50 issues on it that are from hours and hours ago... can you please look into this. it happened again today.

Hi Michael,
I believe we replied to one of your other team members, but basically our data center was being DDOSed and our email system was not handling the bad connectivity combined with an unusual bump in inbound volumes, but we've modified the code, increased capacity 2x, and should be much better at handling such cases.
