Tender down/very slow
Hi,
Our support site has been down or responding very slowly for the past couple of hours. Are you aware of this issue? It appears to also affect your own support system so I'm assuming its a general service-wide issue.
Can you share any information on when you expect service availability and performance to be back to normal?

Yes, we experienced an hour or so of slowness last night as we worked to improve some things on the backend. We are normalized, and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
