Customer complaint as we have not responded
Hi there,
We are using Tender App for our Dooster tool support.
We have had one of our customers complain that they have made
a discussion which has had no response... but we cannot see it
in our dashboard.
Please could you advise.

Do you have any more specifics? We need something to actually search for in log files.

Hello,
Thank you for getting back to us.
It looks like the problem has solved itself.
There was about a 3 hour delay in a customers
discussion coming through to us.
