Turning Off Discussions

Hi,

At this point I only want to use Tenderapp to manage my knowledge base.

My site is http://support.checkoutapp.com.

My issue is, if I turn discussions off entirely, users need to log in to be able to view articles. If I turned discussions back on they can go to the knowledge base without having to log in (but I need to make sure they can't post ANY discussions).

Any help would be much appreciated because it seems like I'm just missing something.

    Hi Ryan, that shouldn't be the case. You may be turning on 'private' mode rather than just disabling the forum?
