Unable to open the trash folder, still not fixed after 7 months
Hello,
7 months ago I reported an issue with the trash folder failing to open on our account. You told me you were looking into it when I posted about it, and when I asked again a month later. Months later I asked again, and I'm yet to hear back from you. The lack of communication and time it's been broken is frankly pretty disappointing - do you guys ever intend to fix the issue?

Hey Damien, my apologies for missing this. It's related to bad data as you say, and it's cleared out now.

I'd appreciate it if someone could take a look please - it is still broken close to 3 months later.
While you're there, there is also a ticket in the pending queue "Line breaks in fields" that is stuck - I can't remove/acknowledge it.
