I accidently deleted

I think I accidently deleted a match -

I went to email him and someone came into my room - I am not sure if I deleted my match or not, but he disappeared.

We were set up to meet on Saturday and we were both excited. My Matches name was Scott from Pelham NH -

Is there anyway you can help me get him back?
