I seem to be having a problem accessing the support pages, discussion and knowledge base.
I have logged in, but it says I need to verify. But if I click send link again, I get an error page. Also, I have had an account for a long time, so it isn't a new account set up or anything. I am trying to get help with dropbox and syncing. I have had 2017 on my computer for several months and wanted to sync two laptops to it. I want have my sync use dropbox folder, not dropbox connection, but the dropbox folder isn't an option. Please advice.

Hey Cindy,
thanks for finding that, seems you found a bug - were you trying to reset your password, or it was just blocking you from doing anything?
