iDocs problem

Since updating our Mac computer with macOS High Sierra 10.13.3 on March 20th, have been unable to open iDocs (which we purchased July 26, 2017). When we try to open iDocs, we get "Unsupported Browser" and instructions say to upgrade our browser. We have the latest update, even per iDocs directions. See from other discussions this is a common problem.

Solution to fix the problem?

    This is the user support area for the Tender Support application. It seems you're attempting to contact one of our customers that uses Tender for their support. What company are you trying to contact? If they're one of our customers, we can point you in the right direction.
