"Average response time" confusing

"0:29 hours" ... is this 29 hours? 0 hours 29 minutes? Perhaps a decimal readout would be better, "0.48 hours". Or drop the unit and just use standard time notation "0:29:25" == 0 hours, 29 minutes, 25 sec. Tag on "1 day" before it if needed (yikes!)

    Yeah, I agree, the time slot makes me thing more like seconds, etc. And it always says hours. I mean I know what it means, but its not clear at a glance.

    This was fixed a while ago -- it should now resemble something parsable by the human brain.
