Why can't I download attachments?

Hi Tender Support,

I've been experiencing unusual difficulties with downloading attachments for the last 2 or 3 days now. I usually right click on attachments in discussions and opt to "Download Linked File" and it used to download to my Downloads folder with no problems. Now if I do the same thing, it shows a file is being downloaded, however when it shows up in my Downloads it says login.html and is not in fact the attachment, but rather a link to log into our Support site. Any other options open the attachment in a new window as an .html file and is not useful to me. After this attempted download, I then go back and attempt to make internal notes or send a reply to a customer and get an error: "We're sorry, but something went wrong (500)". It appears as though attempting to download files logs me out? Any idea what is going on?
