Pending list has been deleted
After the admin area outage today, the list of pending tickets on anki.tenderapp.com appears to have been cleared - clicking on 'all' reveals no history. Could you please restore the data from a recent backup if you have one? I had some tickets waiting around from the last couple of weeks that still needed acting upon.

I located one of the older tickets and it shows "acknowledge update", so I'm guessing the pending list just needs to be regenerated from the other data you store.

Hi Damien - correct.
We had an issue with one of our servers which has effected the Pending Discussions and other queues; however the data IS searchable and is not lost. We are working to restore all queues and will keep you informed as progress is made.
We realize this is unacceptable and we sincerely apologize for this major inconvenience to your work day.

This has completed and you should have all your lists back up to date.
