CRITICAL: MISSING ALL our discussions and queues (open, closed - everything)

I see that others have been asking the same question since early this morning.
When will all this be restored?
We would really appreciate some kind of response from Tender asap.

   Hey “Help” !!!!

   This is a serious situation - all our discussions (open, closed, queued - everything) have disappeared.
   Numerous Tender users are asking the same thing.

   When is someone going to give an actual response?

   Save your hugs for when this is fixed.

   Hi Charlotte,

   We had an issue with one of our servers which has effected the Pending Discussions and other queues; however the data IS searchable and is not lost. We are working to restore all queues and will keep you informed as progress is made.

   We realize this is unacceptable and we sincerely apologize for this major inconvenience to your work day.

   I really appreciate the update!

   Tender's customer support is usually so responsive that when neither I nor any of the others reporting this problem (as far as I could tell) had received a response, I was worried.

   I trust this will be all be restored as soon as you are able to do so.
