To those with massive amounts of missing tickets
I thought I would share what we have learned of this problem, since it seems there is no word from Tender on the matter still. It appears to be a problem with the Dashboard component alone. If you browse the system through the public listing mechanism (like you did to find this message) then all tickets are available. It is naturally not as good of an interface for working through one's queues, but importantly the data is not lost!

Yes, indeed you are right.
We had an issue with one of our servers which has effected the Pending Discussions and other queues; however the data IS searchable and is not lost. We are working to restore all queues and will keep you informed as progress is made.
We realize this is unacceptable and we sincerely apologize for this major inconvenience to your work day.

Thank you for the update. It looks like whatever you did on your side
may still be rolling out. The earliest ticket I have in the Pending/All
Dashboard list is the same one from before, early this morning, and all
of the queue listings are still empty.
I'll give it another check in a half hour or so.
