Great, skitch embeds work nice! So yeah we currently use a little feedback form to send emails to a support gmail inbox and also publish that email address on the site.
It's not too much bother to edit the email and strip out the duplicate (& signature info if we're publishing the discussion) but I would prefer if it wasn't there :) I tested out replying to the tender emails and it works fine.

We're aware of this problem and have a fix in the works. I'll let you know when this gets resolved.

We just deployed an updated Astrotrain that handles multipart payloads better. This should stop the duplicate bodies. The new version is not too far from supporting attachments either.
