Attaching a GH repo

Hi,
We've recently set up a Tender to work between our GitHub and general users. On the first day or so of testing, we were able to create GH tickets directly from Tender, but now on the second day that option isn't working.

Aside: a " ' " in a user's name doesn't display in Tender discussion pages: "don't" appears as "don't"

1) The "attach ticket" on the right of the Tender discussion page went away.
2) When a repo was attached again, it went to the user's branch not the main repo.
3) removed that repo, other Tender account holder from our group (the one who knows all about this) adds the repo back- but now it's his GH branch, not the main repo again
4) when trying to select a repo to add in the Ticket Tracker Setup, all the repos are duplicated with no way to tell apart
5) Try and "Save Tracker", but I get a "We're sorry, but something went wrong We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly."
6) I try and use the "attach a ticket" button anyway (appears after a repo "added"), but I see the "Error: No trackers currently active." in the popup.

Is there a phone support or anything I can contact?

Making this public, as we are paying for a service that isn't working and there is no response from Tender. Does anyone know how to contact Tender in a timely manner?
