Billing failure

(I posted this in Billing Questions six days ago, and I have yet to receive any response. Reposting in Problems in the hope that someone from Tender will actually reply.)

My organization's credit card expired, which caused Tender’s latest billing attempt to fail. However, after carefully adding the info for the new card, billing is still failing. I tried twice with the same results. I even tried my personal credit card, and it failed in the same way. This is for the site mworks.tenderapp.com .

I contacted the bank, and they say they haven’t declined any charges. They did say I should be careful how I enter the billing address, but Tender doesn’t even give me the option to add a billing address.

Any suggestions for how to resolve this issue?

    Hi Chris,

    Apologies for the delay. We were experiencing an issue with our billing merchant, but it has been fixed. What are the last four numbers of the card that you recently added? The current Visa x6544 is failing.

    I just tried using the new card again, and this time it worked. Thank you for resolving the issue.
