Resolve Submit Button Requires clicking twice
Hi - great service by the way.
Everytime I want to resolve a ticket (or number of tickets) and I check the ticket and then click the resolve option from the drop down, I have to do this twice before it is accepted. In other words I do it once and nothing happens. I then have to recheck the box(es) and hit resolve again and then it works.
My settings or a bug? I've not experienced any other flaw like this?

The bulk edit process can take several seconds, depending on the current load of the system. Does it work if you're just patient and wait a minute?

No - the page processes and then takes me back to the same page with all the items remaining as "unresolved" (ie as before)

Right, but all it did was schedule the job to run. The actual task runs in the background -- probably while you're submitting the task a second time.
