Is there an email alert a user can setup that alerts you on a daily or periodic basis if there are any problem reports that have not been replied to in a given time interval?
This idea is just show me any that have not seen a reply from us, that should have, in the last day so that nothing goes stale.

Tender doesn't have a feature like that. Everything in the admin dashboard is a pending discussion and hasn't received a reply. You'd just be reminding yourself of what is already visible in the main UI for Tender.

Forgive me for my ignorance on how it works.
If user asks a question, then I reply and they then respond it is pending again?
If this is the case, then I can check the pending - thanks.

That is indeed how it works. New discussions and updated discussions pending a reply are treated the same in the dashboard. They all show up in that interface letting you know that they require a reply or action.
