Hi,
Could you please explain the difference between the follwoing numbers:
Pending Discussions
Pinnned: Pending
Your Discussions.
We would also like some clarification for the reporting metrics.
What are the numbers in:
Response Volume
Discussion Volume
Discussions.
Is the response volume the total number of issues resolved by my team, the total responses by customers & team or something else?
I think you guys should maybe include a ket with your data or just some more descriptive data labelling.

Pending Discussions - all discussions that require a response or action from staff. The user was the last person to update.
Pinned Items: Pending - Shows all pending discussions in your pinned item list, which is a list in your toolbar in the front-end and admin of Tender, allowing staff to quickly bounce between discussions without having to bounce back to the admin dashboard.
Your discussions - Displays a count of all discussions you are involved in. The counter shows you items that were responded to and have been unread from that view.
Response Volume displays how many responses your Support Staff made during a specific time. The darker colors represent a greater amount of comments relative to other times. You can also see visual cues for common office hours between 9am-6pm.
Discussion Volume displays how many discussions are being created at a specific time of day. The darker colors represent more discussions relative to other times. You can also see visual cues for common office hours between 9am-6pm.
Discussions shows you the Open & Closed discussion counts over a set period of time. If you're using Lighthouse integration in your Tender, you'll also see discussions that have been assigned to Lighthouse tickets.
