All pages served via HTTPS?

Hi,

We're getting ready to roll out our new Tender based help centre.

I was wondering if there is any way to avoid having the entire app being served via HTTPS? Serving via HTTPS is making the entire user experience very slow and it prevents caching of static assets etc.

Is there a setting somewhere to turn this off? Is there any other way to address this?

thanks
Hrush

  1. That's odd that it's causing it to go slow.

If you use your own custom domain instead of the default *.tenderapp then the https is disabled as it's not available on custom domains.

  2. OK, thanks for the reply. We will be using our own custom domain, so I guess that takes care of that.

Great job with the product, we were very thrilled with the level of design customisation that was made possible with the use of CSS.
