Average response time
How's average response time calculated? The numbers Tender is displaying seem significantly lower than what I expect to be the actual time.

Thanks for pointing this out to us. I've been silently wondering why ours was so suspiciously low. Turns out we were assuming some minutes were seconds in a couple places: long story short, we were diving by 60 one too many times. Next deploy you should see much higher (but accurate!) response times.
