How can we change labels on the home page?

Is there some way to change the main labels on the home page? For instance, the "Start a discussion" label has been changed to "Ask a question" at http://help.virb.com.

I was wondering if there is somewhere in the admin or in the custom CSS that I've overlooked which would let me change the labels? Changing the labels would be a great help as we could change them to be better suited to our users.

    Virb is doing that using custom CSS in their Tender's site settings. They basically added a new button for the "Ask a Question" option in the custom text field, and then provided the styling to make it line up with the other two using the default Tender buttons.
