We are using the API to allow our customers to directly login to our tenerapp support site from out application. We pass our customer id number as part of the user_data array. Is there away we can get this customer id displayed in the postings and emails?

Hi Ben, sorry for the delay.
What do you mean you're using the API to log in to Tender? Are you talking about single-sign on? What is meant by the user_data array, are you talking about the SSO payload? If you're using SSO you can use the facility described in this knowledge base article:

Basically if you include keys beginning with tender_ in your SSO payload you can include custom information in your customer discussions. However, this information is only visible in the web UI, not in email. Please let me know if you have more questions.

We got this working, didn't realize you had to prefix with tender_.
Now if we could only get the info into the emails that would be great.
